Default extra damage with conjure flame skill

with the conjure flame skill where you do an additional X damage if you have a fire weapon and it strips all enchantments, is that extra damage with a want attack for example of with any attack like flare?

and for the stripping of enchantments does that include negative effects on you or what?

thanks.

Well, it all depends really. Sometimes the power of the Conjure spells can really be usefull when you have been energy drained or are waiting for powerful spells to recharge. Flare is a good spam, but if you have a Max Damage Fire Wand or Staff, you're bound to get a bit of use out of Conjure.

As previously mentioned, a X wand/X staff + Conjure X can easily replace Flare/Stone Dagger/etc spamming with a much smaller cost in energy. Very useful while your other enchantments and spells are down/recharging and it allows you to sustain a higher dps than the wand/staff alone.

well, perhaps ill use it when i have a max damge weapon...but until then flare does plently more damage.

As for the enchantment stripping, if you have Life Siphon on you, will casting conjure flames cure that for you?

Life Siphon as some other skills. Are Enchantments "on you" but Hexes "on Foes".

no, things that are of a negative effect on you are not taken off.

You lose any positive enchantments that you are currently maintaining.

Also, Poison, Weakness, Disease are conditions, not hexes or enchantments. Completely different.
